ROBATA
Beech are pleased to offer a range of Robata satay
grills that can be either charcoal or gas fired. The Robata is ideal for
cooking of all styles of skewered foods such as chicken, beef, lamb,
seafood and vegetables.
Charcoal Robatas incorporate a refractory lined charcoal pit for superior thermal efficiency and rich smoky flavour.
Gas Robatas incorporate burners with radiant covers for intense heat which are easy to operate and maintain.
All Robatas have adjustable roasting bars to accommodate a range of
skewer lengths. All Robata grills are supplied with a set of custom made
cooking skewers.
TEPPANYAKI
The gas teppanyaki grill offers a fast way to cook meat, vegetables, rice and noodles used in traditional Japanese dishes. The machine polished steel plate extends across the entire grill creating a large cooking area with evenly distributed heat. The Beech teppanyaki has a drain outlet, top flue outlet and large removable grease drawer incorporated into its design. Finished in stainless steel panels, this high quality teppanyaki is a great addition to any Asian or Japanese style restaurant.
