Custom Oven
The foodservice industry is always looking for new concepts and many of our clients have come to rely on Beech to deliver on new ideas for cooking equipment, or even just to revitalise traditional cooking methods using our high quality, high performance standards.
The Custom service is for the customer who either wants something different to everyone else on the block or has an existing floor plan that makes it difficult to utilise a standard size oven.
We can customize our entire range of standard rectangular and round ovens to include multiple doors, windows, char grills on any side wall and can be any size. These ovens have proven to be incredibly popular in display theatre kitchens to give the restaurant a distinct edge and make the dining experience something to remember.
Alternatively we can design special corner shaped ovens or even an oven to fit around fixed objects such as construction pillars. Any shape, Any size…NO other commercial oven manufacturer can offer so many features or such versatility as easily as Beech Ovens, challenge us with your ideas…if you can conceptualise it we can build it!
On request from our clients we have also custom built many other ovens, including:
- Smoking oven; this unit sits in a multiple display tandoor station, and therefore has been built to look like a barrel shaped tandoor, see also our Smoking Ovens brochure.
- Island Charcoal pit; this item is a gas ignited pit of charcoal, with easy clean out system. Pots are placed onto a rack over the charcoal for cooking.
- Removable roti (sarj) dome to place over a tandoor for cooking traditional breads.
- Argentinian BBQ (Fire Pit); this is a large display gas flame with a frame over featuring a grill and skewer rack for cooking meat on skewers (see also Fireplaces and Fire Pit).
- Tandoor with customised benchtop extraction to allow it to be installed without a canopy
- Lamb roasting ovens; these ovens were required for specialised lamb roasting and are used for catering festivals at the Summer Palace of the Sultan of Brunei, in London.
All of these items have been custom made at our clients' requests. All of these items are made to our very high performance standards, they maintain the strength and design excellence which Beech Ovens have built an international reputation on and they still feature our legendary easy installation.
