AGNES STREET BRISBANE
Beech Ovens was approached by local Celebrity Chef Ben Williamson to create what is now known as Agnes Street. With several successful restaurants, Ben was determined to examine the true essence of cooking- Fire.
The original concept of everything being derived from Wood, Flame or Smoke was helped by the design team at Beech and stands as testament to our concept of –
“If you can conceptualize it – We can build it.”
Units supplied were Stone Hearth Deck Grill, Custom Wood Only Oven and even a free standing Smoker to emphasize the smoke flavours.
