Beech Ovens Shawarma
The Beech Shawarma is a type of vertical rotisserie that is able to cook whole beasts or large chunks of meat. Chefs can also shave off meat over a period of time for use in various dishes allowing the next layer to cook evenly for consistent quality.
The standard Beech Shawarma is currently available in gas only and features 5 burners. Beech Ovens are also able to design and manufacture custom shawarmas with extra display burners or a charcoal firing system for greater visual appeal.
