Installation Feature – Rosetta Ristorante
Renowned Chef Neil Perry’s third world-class restaurant at the Crown Entertainment Complex in Melbourne, Rosetta Ristorante, has recently opened.
Beech Ovens had the pleasure of supplying one of our Rectangular Stone Hearth Ovens at Rosetta Ristorante which will be used for creating Italian dishes such as suckling pig, roast chicken, wood fired suckling lamb and more. Pasta is also a major feature on the menu at Rosetta with two dedicated chefs hand-making over 16 different kinds each day, from maccaronara, cavatelli and garganelli to the more traditional fettuccine, pappardelle and gnocchi.
